A key aspect of the service we provide clients is business continuity. If a client entrusts us with answering calls or sending out mailings on its behalf it has a right to expect we won’t let it down.

We continually invest significant resources in our technology platform.  We operate from two separate independent sites using hardware and systems from vendors such as Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, NEC and Plantronics.  Our network and voice infrastructure has been designed in such a way that should we have any single point of failure at any time operations can be transferred to an alternative site and services brought back online with minimal downtime. 

We also have an in-house IT Support Team trained in the latest Cisco, Microsoft and Adobe technologies.

Our technology infrastructure includes full call distribution, management and reporting systems enabling us to provide our clients with mission-critical customer care and technical support at the highest level.

Oracall’s clients can expect significantly reduced costs and measurable improvements in service levels and quality. Our policy is to harness the power of new technology to transform the way companies interact with their customers.

We use a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 with Intel dual Core Xeon Processors running at 3.20 GHz.

We use Windows Sharepoint Services on our Server as the host for our Intranet, which allows secure access and speed of operation. This software allows us to build client sites within the structure, giving access on a need-to-know basis for both clients and staff.

Our Call Handlers use the latest Dell Dual Core PCs to ensure reliability and speed of access to data.

We also use an NEC Aspire Pro Telecoms System and Professional Call monitoring software which ensures that SLAs on various contracts are monitored and any fluctuations or anomalies acted upon immediately to ensure that both our own and clients targets are met or exceeded.
