Oracall is a division of Journeycall Ltd which was formed in 2002 and now has annual sales of over £3m. In 2007 Journeycall won the business growth category in the Grampian Awards for Business Enterprise in recognition of its rapid growth and strong financial performance.

Journeycall specialises in providing customer support services for the public transport sector. Its clients include Transport for London and Stagecoach Group.

Oracall was launched in 2008. Based at our Brechin call centre, it aims to provide an all round customer contact and fulfilment service to any company large or small. Already we have secured a number of both inbound and outbound contracts and expect activity to increase significantly throughout 2008 and beyond.

One of the strengths of our business is our ability to switch traffic from one site to the other in the event of technical failure.
